Short Term Occupants in the properties we manage enjoy the following benefits:

- Total discretion: Only the homeowner knows who is staying in their home

- All properties are set up with new sheets and each property has laundry facilities within the unit
- Custom set up of each property to ensure Short Term Occupant has the maximum use of property
- Premium services available upon request
- Prepaid Accounts where clients may provide a credit card or pre-pay an account for ala carte services provided during their stay
- 24 hour access to staff at CCC
- Personalized and customized greeting and Denver Stay Plan tailored to needs of Short Term Occupant before and upon arrival
REGULATIONS
Short Term Occupants in the properties we manage must agree to abide by the following rules & regulations:
- NO SMOKING in any of the properties*
- NO PETS in any of the properties*
*Special exceptions may be made in advance
POLICIES
- All property prices quoted on our web site are for one week
- All properties are rented in one week increments only unless otherwise agreed upon
- For properties rented for longer than 1 week, weekly rental rates may be negotiated
- CCC obtains the right to charge the credit card provided by the client in the event that services are not paid for on time or in advance for the entire amount owed to CCC including but not limited to services booked, services rendered and late fees for any and ALL services, options and items
- Cancellation of a property, premium service or any and all other items booked with less than 14 days advance notice of the change or cancellation will result in a 100% charge.
Property Reservation Process:
- HOLD PROPERTY: Confirm the property that the Short Term Occupant will be booking verbally or by email. Pay 100% of Damage Deposit. Properties require a damage deposit that is specific to property which is disclosed upon request. Damage deposit is refunded to Short Term Occupant in full 10 business days or later after STO Agreement terminates.
- EXECUTE AGREEMENT: Short Term Occupant is required to sign the STO Agreement upon receipt of the STO Agreement from CCC within 5 business days. Failure to do so will result in 100% of rent being charged to Short Term Occupant, Short Term Occupant pays a minimum of 50% of the total rent amount*
- FINAL PAYMENT: Short Term Occupant pays the remaining balance of the rent amount before August 1, 2008* **
* All rent is non-refundable
** Reservations made after August 1st, 2008 will require 100% of the rent amount upon execution of the lease |
