HOW WE MANAGE PROPERTIES
We manage properties as if they were our own. We do it with passion and pride and with a large scope of responsibilities.
We combine our property management with businss approach of dedication, hard work, strong community affiliation, and a high level network that has built on reputation and referral.
We offer a fluid and easy process, security, a direct person to person communication style, and many other critical features and management skills that make us exceptional and it makes the homeowner and the renter feel valued, important, and impressed upon.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF OUR MANAGEMENT SERVICES?
Transaction Fees
We charge a non-refundable $500 set up or transaction fee.
This fee covers the costs of presenting your home and preparing it for the renter and includes the following:
- Professional Photography of your home
- Professional Maid Service BEFORE the tenant arrives
- Professional Maid Service AFTER the tenant leaves
- Posting the details of your property & photos on our web site
- Managed entry into the unit by providing lock boxes and convenient drop off and pick up of fobs, etc.
- A personalized walk through of your property.
Management Fees
We charge a 35% service fee for our services.
We are renting your home AND providing a suite of services to your renter that make it feel much more like THEIR home or a four star hotel. Our clients are willing to pay much more for a home with these services. We have a safe, secure, legal, and comfortable process that has been scrutinized and organized to insure the best possible process for both homeowner and the short term occupant. We manage all of the contracts involved and we process all of the funds (including damage deposits). And, most importantly, we bring you a top-quality renter who will respect your home.
